This site has one form and no tracking. Here is exactly what happens to what you send through it.
Who runs this site
Nicholas Elpidorou, an independent developer based in Limassol, Cyprus. Not VAT-registered. I am the controller of the data described here, and the only person who reads it.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. The form service also records the IP address the message was sent from, to catch spam.
Nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts, no newsletter.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quote — steps taken at your request before any contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The IP address is kept to block spam, which is a legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your details are never sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.
Who handles it
Web3Forms receives the form submission and emails it to me. It runs on Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner, and sends the email through Amazon's service in the United States; its data processing agreement covers these transfers.
Hostinger hosts the mailbox the message arrives in.
Cloudflare serves this site. It never receives what you type into the form — your browser sends that straight to Web3Forms.
How long it is kept
One year from when you send it, then it is deleted from both my mailbox and Web3Forms. If we end up working together, the conversation continues as ordinary business correspondence.
Copies inside the providers' own backups expire on their schedules; nothing here is ever restored from them.
Your rights
You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. Email the address below and I will answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
